The summer heat is officially on, and sometimes all you want to eat is something COLD! Here's an easy treat that can help with cravings and cool your body temp. TIP: Don't store in the freezer for more than a few days. These are better if eaten the day they are made.

- 2 Bananas, cut into slices
- 2-3 Tbsp Peanut Butter (almond butter works really well too)
- 1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, melted
- Shredded coconut, mini chocolate chips, chopped pecans (optional)
- Spread peanut butter in between two slices of banana. Place a toothpick through the center of the bananas and, holding onto the ends of the toothpick, dip in melted chocolate and topping of choice.
- Place on parchment or wax paper lined cookie sheet. Once remaining bananas are dipped, place entire cookie sheet in the freezer for approximately 1 hour. Remove and enjoy immediately, or place in an airtight container and replace in freezer for up to 2 days.
