Exercise Tip #1: Make a habit of changing into your work-out clothes at the same time everyday.
If you have a morning routine, change into your exercise attire before you leave your bedroom. Evening work-out? When you change from work clothes, go straight into those running shoes, yoga pants, compression shorts etc. even if you do not plan to exercise right away. The idea is that by making a habit of being in your work-out attire at a specific time of the day, you can by-pass the will power it takes to choose to exercise. If you are already in your running shoes, it's easier to make the effort to walk out the door. So, the next time you reach for your jeans in the morning, or for your PJ's after work, choose instead to grab some comfy work-out garb and make an effort to move more and move better.
